In order to confirm your booking, a down payment of 50% of the total amount must be paid. This payment can be made by bank transfer. As soon as the down payment is received, the booking is considered confirmed and you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail.
THE BALANCE AND OTHER CHARGES
The remaining amount is paid 30 days before arrival by bank transfer.
A cancellation must be communicated to us in writing (by e-mail). You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours. A cancellation is only valid if it is also confirmed by us in writing.
In case of cancellation, the cancellation costs are:
- from 6 weeks before the day of arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs
- from 4 weeks before the day of arrival: 75% of the total accommodation costs
- from 2 weeks before and from the day of arrival: 100% of the total cost of the stay and at all times the cost of the deposit, regardless of the reason.
We strongly recommend that you take out reliable travel and / or cancellation insurance.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartments are available at the earliest from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 am at the latest on the day of your departure. Other time arrangements are possible (if available) but must be confirmed by us in advance.
By paying the down payment you agree to the above conditions.
